Nice new spot that puts Creasian in second place. Location is less than desirable, but the food quality and staff friendliness morethan makes up for it. Their Pho soup is one of the best. If you're interested in heavy MSG loaded soup, this is not the place.

Instead, the soup tasted full of fresh spices and more on the mild side which goes great with the noodles. The rice noodles are standard and the beef is very tender. They don't over do their food and concentrate on the standard rice, and noodle soup comfort food; their appetizers are plentiful to share. Unlike some places chicken wing appetizers, theirs include the drumstick, the wing and the wing tip.

One downside is their location is in a strip mall that has all been abandoned except for them and a dental office. On the bright side I guarantee you have no problem finding parking.

My sisters and I usually go to the one down the street, but this place did not let us down! At first I was skeptical because every time I try pho at a new place it always turns out disappointing. But this place did not fail me. We went in on a Thursday morning, I love the fact that they open earlier than others. We were greeted right away by the owners and they're such lovely people. With us being the only customers that morning, I thought they would bombard us. But they give us our space and let us enjoy each others company. At the end, the owner mentioned that they have live music on the weekends. Which is a great thing to know! We will be returning!

Got the Nam Ve Don and a shrimp cake

Nam Ve Don - portion was pretty good and there was a solid meat to noodle to broth ratio. I thought the broth was a bit oily so that was my only complaint.

Shrimp cake - tasty but the outside was not as uniformly crispy as the best shrimp cakes I've had.

Overall, solid but not fantastic. They just opened so maybe they are working the final kinks out and I'd be willing to go back again.
